- We offer donation and fundraising services to financially support Australian melanoma patients (Services).

We are not responsible for any action or inaction on your part based on the information we provide.

- Nothing on this website or as part of the Services is intend intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition and you are solely responsible for determining the suitability of our Services for your circumstances and your reliance on our advice is at your own risk. Provision of services
- Our Services include accepting donations and facilitating fundraisers.
- To make a donation or organise a fundraiser, please use the ‘Donate’ or ‘Fundraise” functions on the website.
- You may also subscribe to our website to receive information about our Services.
- We may at our absolute discretion, accept or reject a donation or fundraiser request. If we need to do so, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, after the initial request is made.
- All Services are subject to availability.
- As part of the donation and/or fundraising process and your continued use of this website, you may be required to provide personal information about yourself including but not limited to your name, email address and residential address. These details will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
